1.制定平臺分廠持續(xù)改進計劃
Set platform plant continuous improvement plan
2.開展直接及間接領域的改善型研討會
Conduct improvement seminars in direct and indirect areas
3.研討會、目視化 、5S 工作的標準化
Workshop / visualization / standardization of 5S work
3.開展 KPS 領域的員工培訓
Conduct employee training in KPS field
4.工作流程（ SAB/MTM ）標準化
Standardization of workflow（ SAB/MTM ）
5.檢查康采恩標準的執(zhí)行情況（ 5S 狀態(tài)檢查）
Check the implementation of Konzern standards (5S status check)
6. KVP/ 勞率 /VBZ/HPU等報告事宜整理
Reporting matters (KVP / labor rate / VBz /HPU）
7.引入規(guī)范化建議管理
Introduce standardized suggestion management
8.檢查 M@WEB 措施庫的內容質量
Check M@WEB content quality measure Library
9.對各車間持續(xù)改進完成情況和改善成果做總結
Make a summary of the continuous improvement and improvement results of each workshop
10.開展項目相關的其他工作
Carry out other work related to the projectBe able to skillfully use office software and master the theories and working methods of lean production and IE MTM; Hosting and management ability
