1. 負(fù)責(zé)量產(chǎn)車型擰緊工藝參數(shù)的調(diào)整、維護(hù)及變更管理

Be responsible for the adjustment, maintenance and change management of the

tightening process parameters of mass-produced vehicles

2. 負(fù)責(zé)擰緊工具的管理，報(bào)告整理及維修后設(shè)備校準(zhǔn)驗(yàn)證

Be responsible for the management of tightening tools, report sorting and

equipment calibration verification after maintenance

3. 負(fù)責(zé)裝配現(xiàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量監(jiān)督管理，質(zhì)量問題響應(yīng)、分析、解決、促進(jìn)

Be responsible for the quality supervision and management of the assembly

site, and the response, analysis, solution and promotion of quality problems

4. 負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)保部相關(guān)預(yù)算及工具輔材采購(gòu)、跟蹤、驗(yàn)收

Be responsible for the relevant budget of the quality assurance department and the purchase, tracking and acceptance of tools and auxiliary materials

5. 負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量技術(shù)文件的編制、更新、下發(fā)

Be responsible for the preparation, update and distribution of quality and technical documents

6. 生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析

Production data statistics and analysis

7. 負(fù)責(zé)裝配新項(xiàng)目管理及新項(xiàng)目裝配擰緊調(diào)試

Be responsible for the management of new assembly projects and the

assembly, tightening and commissioning of new projects

8. 完成部門在交付、質(zhì)量、成本等方面的 KPI

Complete the KPI of the Department in terms of delivery, quality, cost, etc

1．學(xué)歷：本科及以上學(xué)歷

Education：Bachelor degree or above

2．專業(yè)：機(jī)械制造或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)

Major：Mechanical manufacturing or other related major

3．語(yǔ)言：良好的英語(yǔ)或者德語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及書面表達(dá)

Language： Good oral and written English or German

4. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：

了解擰緊工藝及參數(shù)優(yōu)化

Learn about tightening processes and parameter optimization

了解整車底盤裝配工藝及底盤相關(guān)問題處理

Understand the vehicle chassis assembly process and chassis related problem handling

了解壓裝工藝及應(yīng)急問題處理

Understand the pressing process and emergency problem handling
