Responsibility:
Support region to manage order call, allocation, wholesale/Retail/Runrate target and achievement as well as dealer stock.
Manage monthly regional wholesale and retail availability including tag/retags by model mix and colour mix to match the wholesale and retail target.
Monitor monthly dealer wholesale/Retail/Runrate progress, focus on payment notification process to ensure the wholesale target complete and over achieve is correct by model by dealer.
Load orders based on regional preference on specs and options as required.
Close dealer order call by monitoring dealer take rate and fulfilment of the gaps.
Monitor dealers stock and pipeline including aged un-wholesale stocks, aged dealer stocks, ensure correct type of sales for each orders.
Handle daily operation issues such as ordering, logistics, stock movement, etc. to solve internal and external problems to support sales activities.
As a regional technical consultant of Vista system and handle necessary training for dealers.
Be the interface to central team on regional ordering issues such as allocation, stock management, etc.
Conduct analysis on out of territory sales based on retail and registration data and consolidate dealer data and information to support internal analysis and process amendments if necessary.
Ad hoc projects and other region and dealer level support.
Requirements:
Good English language, written and spoken.
Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and ability to take the initiative when required.
Detail oriented and be accountable.
Customer focused and work in a team environment
Prior SAP user experience would be preferred.
Equivalent work experience preferred.
Minimum 3 years working experience in order management, sales planning, dealer support role, preferably with the automotive industry.
Excellent PC skills, with good working knowledge of MS Office applications (excel, word, ppt).
