海外游戲運營產(chǎn)品運營活動運營內(nèi)容運營
【崗位職責】
1、負責游戲的日常運營工作，確保游戲穩(wěn)定運行并優(yōu)化用戶體驗。
監(jiān)控游戲服務器狀態(tài)，處理緊急情況和故障，確保游戲的正常運行。
2、收集、分析游戲運營數(shù)據(jù)，制定并優(yōu)化運營策略。定期撰寫運營報告，向管理層匯報運營狀況和提出改進建議。
3、策劃并執(zhí)行游戲內(nèi)活動、節(jié)日活動等，提升玩家活躍度和參與感。
分析活動效果，調(diào)整和優(yōu)化后續(xù)活動策略。
4、收集用戶反饋并及時處理玩家問題。提升用戶滿意度，維護良好的玩家關系。
5、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、市場營銷、客服等部門緊密合作，確保運營計劃順利實施。協(xié)調(diào)各部門資源，推動游戲的持續(xù)優(yōu)化和發(fā)展。
6、協(xié)助制定和執(zhí)行游戲市場推廣計劃，提高游戲的知名度和市場份額。分析市場趨勢和競爭對手動態(tài)，調(diào)整運營策略。
【崗位要求】
1、本科及以上學歷，市場營銷、計算機科學、管理等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2、5年以上游戲行業(yè)運營經(jīng)驗，具有成功游戲運營案例者優(yōu)先。
3、熟悉游戲運營流程和用戶行為分析工具。
4、具備優(yōu)秀的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，能夠從數(shù)據(jù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提出解決方案。
5、熟悉社交媒體和社區(qū)運營，有豐富的活動策劃經(jīng)驗。
