Principal Duties & Responsibilities：

1.Responsible for sealing ring design, verification planning and resource coordination

2.Responsible for mold production verification, problem summary and rectification plan formulation

3.Responsible for tracking the small batch of new product input, dealing with problems and daily improvement

4.Work arrangement of mold testing technicians

5.Project schedule control

6.Summary of project experience

Qualifications Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.At least 3 years working experience in automotive industry
3.Familiar with IATF16949 system, and able to use five quality tools
4.Be able to use CAD software and related software
5.Ability of innovation, communication and coordination, and logical analysis
6. CET-4 or above

1、 負(fù)責(zé)密封圈的設(shè)計(jì)，驗(yàn)證的計(jì)劃安排和資源協(xié)調(diào)
2、 負(fù)責(zé)模具生產(chǎn)驗(yàn)證，問題點(diǎn)匯總和整改計(jì)劃的制定
3、 負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品投入的小批的跟蹤問題點(diǎn)的處理與日常的改善
4、 試模技術(shù)員的工作安排
5、 項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度把控
6、 項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)
任職要求：
1、 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷
2、 三年以上汽車行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3、 熟悉IATF16949體系，并會運(yùn)用五大質(zhì)量工具
4、 會使用CAD軟件及相關(guān)的軟件
5、 創(chuàng)新能力、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、邏輯分析能力
6、 英語四級及以上
