2. Responsible for scale up & trial production of new products at plant.

3. Responsible for qualification of new raw material suppliers for the production line.
為生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)認(rèn)證新的原材料供應(yīng)商。
4. Work together with R&D team at HQ or other regions to develop new products or qualify new materials.
與總部或其他地區(qū)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，開(kāi)發(fā)新產(chǎn)品或認(rèn)證新原材料。
5. Do the benchmark testing of competitors’ products
對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行對(duì)標(biāo)基準(zhǔn)測(cè)試。
6. Manage & handle lab samples, chemicals, equipment and consumables.

7. Record and file experimental data timely
對(duì)于實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)做好及時(shí)記錄和歸檔
8. Meet the requirements of lab EHSS standards and maintain lab 5S status.

9. Finish the task assigned by R&D manager timely.

- Expertise:
- （教育背景、專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)和技能）:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Major in chemistry or materials, polymer related is preferred.
本科或以上學(xué)歷?；瘜W(xué)或材料專(zhuān)業(yè)，聚合物相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. Strong practical lab skills and strong reporting skill.
