Job responsibilities:
1. Strategic planning and implementation: Develop and implement overseas market expansion strategies based on the company's overall strategy(Explore markets in Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and other area) .
2. Market analysis and research: Regularly conduct overseas market analysis, including market demand, competitor analysis, and industry trend research, to provide data support for decision-making.
3. Channel development and management: Develop and maintain overseas sales channels, including agents and distributor networks, establish and strengthen cooperative relationships, optimize channel structure and efficiency.
4. Sales performance management: Set and achieve sales targets, optimize sales processes, improve customer satisfaction and market share.
5. Brand building and promotion: Responsible for brand promotion and marketing activities in overseas markets, including public relations activities, exhibition participation, etc., to enhance brand awareness and influence.
6. Customer relationship management: Maintain the relationships with overseas key customers(Multinational oil companies), handle customer complaints, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote long-term cooperation.
7. Compliance and risk management: Identify and manage risks in overseas market operations, ensure that all activities comply with international laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
任職要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,有國(guó)外留學(xué)經(jīng)歷。
2. 精通英語(yǔ),能熟練運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行口語(yǔ)交流。
3. 有3年以上能源行業(yè)的海外工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。(應(yīng)屆生亦可)
4. 能適應(yīng)經(jīng)常海外出差的要求。
5. 形象氣質(zhì)佳。
