校對生產(chǎn)計劃，查看MRP 信息 Follow-up production plan and check MRP
向供應(yīng)商下達采購訂單及提供預(yù)測，并且跟蹤“PO status” Ensure purchase orders place on time and track delivery closely, follow PO status
保證供應(yīng)商的及時和準(zhǔn)確的交貨 Follow supplier delivery on time
3.庫存管理，在合理的庫存水平上保證原材料的供給 Stock management, ensure materials for production on a reasonable stock level
根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計劃查看物料是否有短缺 Identify missing parts follow-up
分析原材料庫存和在線庫存，持續(xù)地提高庫存周轉(zhuǎn)率，把庫存降到最合理的水平 Analysis raw materials stock, continue to improve stock turnover rate, reduce stock on reasonable level. 4.監(jiān)管供貨商績效, 如及時供給、交貨期等 Monitor supplier performance, such as delivery LT,etc
5.協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)，質(zhì)量，客服等部門，保證材料供給的順暢和生產(chǎn)的運轉(zhuǎn)
