任職要求：

1. Bachelor OR at least 2 years of experience in similar position in sales, technical service, marketing, related with solution polymers: SBS,SSBR,BR, in market of PLASTIC MODIFICATION, to produce ABS and HIPS.本科學(xué)歷，至少2年在與聚合物溶液相關(guān)的銷售、技術(shù)服務(wù)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷方面類似工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：SBS,SSBR,BR,塑料改性市場(chǎng)，生產(chǎn)ABS 或HIPS.

3. Good communication skills, and negotiation;良好的溝通技巧，和談判巧；

4. Basic knowledge of finance;有財(cái)務(wù)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)(calculate prices, discounts, margin價(jià)格，折扣，邊際計(jì)算)

5. English: Desired oral and writing to communicate with the foreigners英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)或者書面能夠與外籍人員交流

6.工作地點(diǎn)：可以盤錦（雙臺(tái)子區(qū)華錦精細(xì)化工園區(qū)），也可以上海（浦東新區(qū)盛夏路169號(hào)），任選。

崗位描述：

1.Plan and meet budget;計(jì)劃和完成預(yù)算

2. Forecast sales for the customers and markets assigned預(yù)測(cè)客戶和市場(chǎng)的銷售情況

3.Negotiate with customers price, and commercial conditions (Negotiation skills required).談判技巧)與客服談判價(jià)格和商業(yè)條款

4. Attend current customers and find new ones.拜訪現(xiàn)有客戶和開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶

5. Research the market and develop customers related with ABS, HIPS;調(diào)研ABS,HIPS市場(chǎng)，開(kāi)發(fā)客戶

6.Solve problems and follow the action plan解決問(wèn)題并制定行動(dòng)方案

7.Teamwork and agile response to changing market environment;團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，靈活應(yīng)對(duì)不斷變化的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境
