The IT Specialist (Microsoft 365 Expertise) will provide expert support and training on Microsoft 365 applications, collaborate with the global tech team, and lead initiatives to optimize productivity. They will also assist with desk-side technical support.
? Provide expert guidance and support to corporate team members on Microsoft 365
applications, including but not limited to Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power platform.
? Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff productivity in Microsoft 365 applications, including the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Copilot.
? Collaborate with the global technology team and stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 updates, features, and best practices, and create and maintain documentation and resources for end-users.
? Develop and lead initiatives to optimize the use of Microsoft 365 tools and features, improving productivity and collaboration.
? Assist other DSS technicians in providing desk-side technical support to corporate team members, including but not limited to setting up and configuring computers as per the standards, mobile devices and approved APPs configuration, network printers, audio/video conference systems, and client VPN.
? Works within the ITIL process framework ensuring all custom support activities are accurately logged, Customer incident and request tickets prioritize, update, scalation and always drive them to closure.
? Share knowledge within the APAC Corporate System Support team. Create and update technical support documents and procedures.
? Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Team Leader, and complete projects as allocated by the IT Leadership Team.
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
? science, information technology, or a related field.
? Fluent in verbal and written English.
? Proven experience with Microsoft 365 end-user support and training.
? Proven track record of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Copilotprojects and experiences.
? Demonstrated aptitude for providing exceptional customer service in challenging environments.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
? Communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
? Relationship-building abilities and desire to help people.
? Strong learning and execution ability, self-motivated
