崗位職責 Responsibilities：
1. 銷售推廣：負責齒輪加工刀具的銷售和推廣，確保完成區(qū)域銷售目標。
? Sales Promotion: Responsible for the sales and promotion of gear cutting tools, ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets. 2. 技術支持：為客戶提供專業(yè)的技術支持，包括刀具選型、磨齒工藝優(yōu)化及加工問題解決方案。
? Technical Support: Provide professional technical support to customers, including tool selection, gear grinding process optimization, and processing problem solutions.
3. 項目合作：與瑞士總部技術團隊合作，完成客戶定制化需求和項目落地。
? Project Cooperation: Cooperate with the technical team of the headquarters abroad to fulfill customized customer needs and project implementation.
4. 市場策略：分析行業(yè)趨勢和競爭對手動態(tài)，制定市場策略，挖掘潛在客戶。
? Market Strategy: Analyze industry trends and competitor dynamics, formulate market strategies, and explore potential customers.
5. 客戶關系：維護客戶關系，提升客戶滿意度，推動長期合作。
? Customer Relations: Maintain customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote long-term cooperation.
崗位要求 Requirements:
1. 學歷背景：大學本科及以上學歷，機械制造、刀具制造等相關專業(yè)。
? Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing, Tool
Manufacturing, or related fields.
2. 技術要求：
? 熟悉齒輪加工工藝。
? Technical Requirements: Familiar with gear machining processes.
? 精通磨齒工藝技術原理及設備應用。
? Proficient in the principles of gear grinding technology and equipment application.
? 具備刀具設計使用知識、以及加工參數(shù)優(yōu)化或相關領域技術經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
? Individuals with knowledge of tool design and usage, as well as experience in machining
parameter optimization, or related technical fields are preferred.
3. 語言能力：英語流利（CET-6或同等以上）或德語，能夠獨立完成技術匯報及跨文化商務溝通。
? Language Skills: Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent) and German, able to
independently complete English or German technical reports and cross-cultural business communication.
4. 工作經(jīng)驗：5年以上刀具/精密機械行業(yè)銷售或技術服務工作經(jīng)歷，有齒輪行業(yè)資源者優(yōu)先。
? Work Experience: More than 5 years of sales or technical service experience in the
tool/precision machinery industry, with gear industry resources preferred.
5. 銷售潛力：優(yōu)秀的客戶談判能力、抗壓能力及團隊協(xié)作精神。
? Sales potential: Excellent customer negotiation skills, stress resistance, and team work.
6. 加分項：有海外留學或工作背景，熟悉國際工業(yè)市場標準。
? Plus: Overseas study or work experience, familiar with international industrial market
