職位描述：
Responsible for the project management and coordination work of mega international exhibitions of plastics and rubber industries, including CHINAPLAS, PLASTINDIA, PLAST;
負責大型國際性展覽會CHINAPLAS國際橡塑展及PLASTINDIA印度國際橡塑展、PLAST米蘭國際橡塑展的項目溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作 ；
Be responsible for space allocation work of assigned theme zones, following the principles of space allocation and optimizing the effect of theme zone.
負責展會指定專區(qū)的展位分配工作，遵守展位分配的基本準則，優(yōu)化專區(qū)影響力。
Be responsible for paying visits to key accounts, to collect market intelligence and analyze industry development trend, submit market report and propose theme zone development planning.
負責拜訪指定專區(qū)的重點展商客戶，獲取行業(yè)市場情報和發(fā)展趨勢，完成拜訪報告，對專區(qū)的進一步發(fā)展提出建議。
Assist to produce show promotion materials
協(xié)助制作展會宣傳資料。
Coordinate and implement cross-departmental work
執(zhí)行其他跨部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作。
崗位要求：
University degree or above, at least 3 years’ experience in marketing service related.
大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷，3年或以上展會/會議市場相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷。
CET-6 is a must, excellent written and verbal English skill preferred.
大學(xué)英語六級或以上，英文口語、書寫能力強。
Familiar with office software (Excel / Word / PPT/PS/AI), very high attention to details.
熟練掌握辦公軟件Excel / Word / PPT/PS/AI, 非常注重細節(jié)。
Good communication and coordination skill, self-driven and teamwork spirit, willing to undertake pressure and challenge.
良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)技巧，積極主動, 團隊合作，學(xué)習(xí)能力強，愿意接受壓力和挑戰(zhàn)。
Based in Shanghai.
駐上海工作。
