職位描述

生產(chǎn)性采購機械部件
On the premise of requirements the company's production and other business activities and constantly reduce the purchasing cost. In material under the leadership of the manager, completes the procurement implementation to ensure purchase plan is completed properly and effectively, manage supplier information, control tool inventory, spare parts and other related consumable inventory and status.
在保證公司生產(chǎn)和其它業(yè)務(wù)活動需求的前提下，不斷降低采購成本。在材料經(jīng)理的領(lǐng)導下，做好采購實施，保障采購計劃合理有效完成，管理好供應(yīng)商信息，合理控制刀具庫存，設(shè)備備品備件以及其他相關(guān)的消耗品庫存和狀態(tài)。

? Maintain balance between customer, employee and financial satisfaction by maximizing facility/department Performance Indicators to align to Linamar’s Stepping Stool of Success Strategy
? Implement company procurement rules, unified management MRO/tooling/spare parts and other consumables supplier relationships. At the levels of guarantee the quality of MRO/tooling/spare parts requirements and conditions, continue to improve the supply chain, reduce the purchasing cost
? Responsible for negotiating the price, prepare, evaluate, approve, sign-off, and release the contract using the standard contract format, keep the file and follow up the contract
? Maintain and improve existing suppliers’ management level, quality control, price level and service consciousness
? Responsible for MRO/tool/spare parts and other consumables purchasing, quality, quantity and tracking. Responsible for supplier contact list and manual establishing
? Reasonable for inventory control, including MRO/tools/spare parts and other consumables.
? Responsible for the company's internal coordination and connection between each related department and suppliers. Responsible for resolving conflicts with suppliers
? Timely complete relevant procurement form statistical work and do a good visual management, monthly report tooling problem
? Obey and complete other work arranged by manager according to work needs

? 執(zhí)行公司采購規(guī)定流程，統(tǒng)一管理MRO/刀具，設(shè)備備品備件以及其他消耗品的供應(yīng)商關(guān)系。在保證MRO/刀具/設(shè)備備品備件需求和質(zhì)量水平條件下，持續(xù)完善供應(yīng)鏈，降低采購成本
? 負責議價、按照公司標準合同格式完成合同的制作，評估，批準，簽署，發(fā)放，保存及相關(guān)后續(xù)跟蹤。
? 維護現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商，包括管理水平、質(zhì)量控制水平、價格水平、服務(wù)意識
? 負責MRO/刀具，設(shè)備備品備件，消耗品的采購、質(zhì)量、數(shù)量與跟蹤，負責建立供應(yīng)商通訊手冊
? 合理控制MRO/刀具，設(shè)備備品備件，消耗品的庫存
? 負責公司內(nèi)部各相關(guān)部門與供應(yīng)商之間的協(xié)調(diào)和聯(lián)系，負責解決與供應(yīng)商的糾紛
? 及時完成相關(guān)采購表單整理統(tǒng)計工作，并且做到良好的可視化管理，形成問題刀具等月匯報報告
? 根據(jù)工作需要，服從并完成領(lǐng)導安排的其他工作

Credentials
? Bachelor degree in mechanical or material or related discipline, or equivalent experience
? At least 3 years tooling purchasing experience, Mechanical and Electrical engineering background will be preferred.
? Be familiar with purchasing process and have strong ability of supplier management and excellent negotiation skills and ability to organize and coordinate.
? Skilled English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Chinese expression is accurate, logical thinking is correct, verbal and Email communication is concise, clear and effective.
? Have skilled use of Office software and Internet skills, good data processing and analysis ability with Excel.

? 機械或材料專業(yè)本科學歷，或有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
? 刀具及設(shè)備備品備件采購經(jīng)驗三年以上，機電相關(guān)專業(yè)工科背景優(yōu)先
? 熟悉采購流程，具有較強的供應(yīng)商管理能力，具有優(yōu)秀的談判能力和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力
? 英語聽說讀寫熟練，中文表達準確，邏輯思維正確，口頭和Email交流簡潔清晰明了有效
? 能熟練使用辦公自動化軟件及網(wǎng)絡(luò)運用能力，運用Excel具有良好的數(shù)據(jù)整理和分析能力
