銷售助理銷售

崗位職責(zé) Job Responsibilities

1、配合銷售完成日常的詢價(jià)、根據(jù)銷售計(jì)劃安排銷售行程和遞交相關(guān)報(bào)告和報(bào)表,為銷售提供必要的相關(guān)方案和數(shù)據(jù)支持等;

Support the sales team members to prepare the quotations,reports, and or presentations in daily business development.

2、與我們海外分公司或代理進(jìn)行日常的協(xié)調(diào)和溝通,通過(guò)日常溝通了解后以便獲取最佳的解決方案和服務(wù)

Coordinate and communicate well with our overseas branches and or agents Worldwide for best solutions and services.

3、做好銷售與其他部門以及客戶之間的溝通橋梁;

Assist the sales in maintaining good rapports with the customers.

4、協(xié)助銷售團(tuán)隊(duì),代表銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)積極處理客戶投訴并與內(nèi)部溝通反饋以便順利滿足客戶的需求;

Assist the sales team members in coordinating and managing the complaint cases.

5、如兼預(yù)付貨客服職責(zé),做好整理、分析、生成客戶關(guān)注熱點(diǎn)的資料,給予銷售部門做市場(chǎng)分析,跟進(jìn)大客戶棘手問(wèn)題的處理,培訓(xùn)并反饋跟進(jìn)情況給客戶。

Gather and analysis the market information and updates to the sales team and or customers.


崗位要求 Requirements

1、大專以上學(xué)歷;

College degree or above

2、良好的工作態(tài)度,有責(zé)任感、誠(chéng)實(shí)和耐心;

Good working attitudes with liability, integrity, and reliable

3、在壓力下能靈活應(yīng)對(duì)并有客觀的工作態(tài)度;

Optimistic attitude under pressure.

4、優(yōu)先考慮有1-2年以上物流行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者;

At least 1 – 2 years’ experience in the logistics industry is preferred but not limited.

5、優(yōu)先考慮良好的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)寫能力者。

Good in written and spoken English is preferred.
