Key Responsibilities 主要職責(zé):

1. Arrange internal factory audits regarding Quality Control

and Social Compliance.

2. Support suppliers and offer training to pass brands AUDIT such as TCHIBO, METRO, AUCHAN, CARREFOUR etc. follow up corrective action plans.

3. Maintain database on BSCI platform for suppliers and help to arrange audit when needed.

4. Give training to suppliers about EU Timber regulations and help to fulfil the requirements by getting due diligence certification.

5. Keep updated on new laws and legislation by attending internal and external training and updating suppliers in a timely manner.

6. Relevant compliance and sustainability certificates such as SA8000, BSCI, ISO9001, EUTR auditor and so on.

What We Are Looking For 任職要求:

-A respectful and trustworthy individual with a strong work ethic.

-At least 5 years of experience in social compliance and quality system management.

-A self-motivated, high-performance mindset with a commitment to excellence.

-Strong communication skills and the patience to work effectively with various levels of staff and suppliers.

-Willingness to travel as needed for audits.

-Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
