The ensuing years have seen extensive growth and diversification into Real Estate, Education, Metal Trading, Lodging and many other capital investments. Hailiang is one of the world's premiere manufacturers of copper, copper alloy and brass products including rod, fittings and tubular products.
As a associate of B2B Sales, you’ll be identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners primary in North America as well as closing business with our partners while achieving a high level of partner satisfaction. We don’t micromanage – we’re looking for an independent, flexible problem solver to join our best-in-class sales team.

As an associate of B2B Operation you will:
-Thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and has a proven track record of achieving robust sales results
-Able to work in the U.S.A time zone, and capable to travel domestically and internationally
-Eager to learn and understand the new market trends and follow it closely
-Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of direct sales management experience within the industrial or consumer staples goods industry
-3+ years of experience leading strategic sales organization, including
-Building and growing B2B and B2C sales channels,
-Building and growing distribution partnerships globally, ? Attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse high-performing sales team that consistently achieves outstanding results
-Implementing and utilizing data-driven analytics and CRM to develop strategy and manage sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data
-Understands different markets the product is sold in; Industrial,Supermarket, and Government, and is confident in selling across them within the United States and abroad
-Knowledge of sales operations with a focus on continuous improvement
-High attention to detail? Strategic thinker with ability to execute tactically
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills Unwavering customer focus
-Data driven, process-oriented thinker
