Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for preparing financial analysis reports and monthly funding for the real estate company;

2. Responsible for reviewing the declaration, settlement, and payment of various projects and taxes with local accountants, and participating in tax planning schemes for various projects;

3. Responsible for the internal control management of the real estate management company, conducting inspections of real estate and property project companies, proposing rectification suggestions for risks and problems found during inspections, and supervising and inspecting the implementation of rectification measures for each project; Supervise and inspect the implementation of various financial systems and daily tax work of each project company.

4. Responsible for regularly analyzing real estate and property budget situations, providing comparative data;

5. Responsible for the daily management of real estate and property project companies, as well as the collection of various data and documents;

6. Responsible for proposing optimization suggestions and improvement measures for the company's internal control system and processes.

Job requirements:

1. Age range: 30-45 years old, with a college diploma or above in financial management, accounting, or other related fields;

2. More than 5 years of experience in real estate finance, familiar with real estate financial management regulations and accounting practices, and proficient in financial software.

3. Responsible and team spirit.

4. English proficiency is preferred for employment.

崗位職責(zé)：

1、負(fù)責(zé)房產(chǎn)公司財(cái)務(wù)分析報(bào)告及月度資金的編制；

2、負(fù)責(zé)與當(dāng)?shù)貢?jì)復(fù)核各項(xiàng)目各稅種的申報(bào)、清算、繳納，參與各項(xiàng)目稅收籌劃方案；

3、負(fù)責(zé)房產(chǎn)管理公司的內(nèi)控管理、對房產(chǎn)、物業(yè)項(xiàng)目公司進(jìn)行巡檢，對巡檢中發(fā)現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及問題提出整改建議，并監(jiān)督、檢查各項(xiàng)目整改落實(shí)情況；監(jiān)督、檢查各項(xiàng)目公司各項(xiàng)財(cái)務(wù)制度的執(zhí)行情況與日常稅務(wù)工作。

4、負(fù)責(zé)定期對房產(chǎn)、物業(yè)預(yù)算情況進(jìn)行分析，提供比較數(shù)據(jù)；

5、負(fù)責(zé)對房產(chǎn)、物業(yè)各項(xiàng)目公司的日常管理于各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)及文件的收集；

6、負(fù)責(zé)對公司內(nèi)控制度與流程提出優(yōu)化建議，提出改進(jìn)建議與措施。

任職要求：

1、年齡30-45歲，財(cái)務(wù)管理、會計(jì)等大學(xué)?？萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷；

2、5年以上房產(chǎn)財(cái)務(wù)任職經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉房地產(chǎn)財(cái)務(wù)管理規(guī)章和會計(jì)實(shí)務(wù)，熟悉財(cái)務(wù)軟件。

3、有責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。

4、會英語優(yōu)先錄用。
