Responsibilities職責(zé):
1. Receive the design package from Engineering or customer in order to translate it into the full production documentation for the workshop including從工程部或是客戶(hù)那里接收到圖紙轉(zhuǎn)化為生產(chǎn)訂單，包括:
a. Tooling and fixturing design工裝夾具設(shè)計(jì)
b. Manufacturing drawing preparation制造圖紙準(zhǔn)備
c. Work order preparation工作訂單準(zhǔn)備
2. Assist production in creation of the work instruction協(xié)助生產(chǎn)制作作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)
3. Supply technical support to whole workshop and trouble shooting為整個(gè)車(chē)間提供技術(shù)支持并解決問(wèn)題
4. Identify and coordinate with team to make improvement according to company goals根據(jù)公司目標(biāo)確定并協(xié)調(diào)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)
5. Participate to production planning參與生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃
6. Design products and assemblies.設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品和組件
7. Other works from related superior.主管安排其他工作
8. Create BOM and maintain ERP system for manufacturing informations and product informations. 為制造信息和產(chǎn)品信息創(chuàng)建BOM并維護(hù)ERP系統(tǒng)
9. Participate in PFMEA, CP, PFC and APQP preparation.參與PFMEA, CP, PFC和APQP的編制
10. Create DFMEA. 創(chuàng)建DFMEA
11. Create product design data (3D, 2D, instruction notice, product maintenance notice...etc).創(chuàng)建產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)(3D, 2D，說(shuō)明書(shū)，產(chǎn)品維護(hù)通知等)
12. Create and Maintain the manufacturing data of production equipments (laser program, curing program, ....)創(chuàng)建和維護(hù)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的制造數(shù)據(jù)(激光方案，固化方案，....)

Requirements要求:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanism/Automatics/Materials/IE機(jī)械/自動(dòng)化/材料/工程專(zhuān)業(yè)本科或以上學(xué)歷
- At least 3 years’ experience in technics of production fields for multinational company3年以上跨國(guó)公司生產(chǎn)工藝經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- Excellent communication skills in English.優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)溝通能力。
- Proficient in CATIA and MS Office and solidworks熟練使用CATIA和MS Office或solidworks
