Key Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
1. Be responsible for SRM welding production process, SOP, analysis of SRM quality issues, etc. related business
負(fù)責(zé)堆垛機(jī)焊接生產(chǎn)工藝,SOP的編制,質(zhì)量問題分析等相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù);
2. Develop welding process specifications, including welding method, welding sequence, welding parameters, welding material selection, preheating and post-heating treatment, etc., define welding quality inspection and appearance inspection standards to meet product design requirements;
制定焊接工藝規(guī)范,包括焊接方法、焊接順序、焊接參數(shù)、焊接材料選擇、預(yù)熱與后熱處理等,定義焊接質(zhì)量檢測和外觀檢驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以滿足產(chǎn)品設(shè)計要求;
3. Develop welding process documentation, including WPS/PQR/WPQ, welding process cards, etc., provide welding process related training, ensure welding operators are able to execute according to standards;
編寫焊接工藝文件,包括焊接工藝規(guī)程(WPS/PQR/WPQ)、焊接工藝卡等,提供焊接工藝相關(guān)培訓(xùn),確保焊接操作人員能夠按照規(guī)范執(zhí)行;
4. Regularly review and improve welding processes, work closely with production teams to optimize welding efficiency, analyze and resolve welding defects, and ensure product quality;
定期對焊接工藝進(jìn)行審查和改進(jìn),與生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊緊密合作,優(yōu)化焊接效率,對焊接缺陷進(jìn)行分析和解決,確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量;
5. Process drawing compilation and management, assisting in resolving various issues arising during production (e.g., diagram errors/unclarity, product quality problems);
工藝圖紙的編制和管理,協(xié)助解決生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的各項問題(如圖紙錯誤/不清晰、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題等);
6. Automatic welding workstation welding programming
自動焊接工作站焊接程序編排;
7. Create and maintain product BOMs according to project drawings and input them into the ERP system;
按項目圖紙創(chuàng)建和維護(hù)產(chǎn)品BOM并錄入ERP系統(tǒng)。
Qualifications任職資格
1. Mechanical engineering, materials science or welding-related specialties, etc.
機(jī)械工程,材料科學(xué)或者焊接相關(guān)專業(yè)等
2. Five years or more of relevant welding process work experience, familiar with various welding technologies (such as MIG, TIG \ resistance welding, etc.) and their applications, understand the characteristics of welding materials, understand the inspection and testing methods related to welded products, and be familiar with related instruments and equipment.
五年以上焊接工藝相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉各種焊接技術(shù)(如MIG、TIG、電阻焊等)及其應(yīng)用,了解焊接材料特性,了解焊接類產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的檢驗和測試方法,熟悉相關(guān)儀器設(shè)備;
3. Has a certain understanding of welding process standards and specifications, and those familiar with international welding standards such as EN1090/ISO, ASME or AWS are preferred.
對焊接工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范有一定了解,熟悉EN1090/ISO、ASME或者AWS等國際焊接標(biāo)準(zhǔn)者優(yōu)先;
4. Preference given to candidates familiar with Cloos welding robots.
熟悉Cloos焊接機(jī)器人者優(yōu)先;
5. Possesses strong problem-solving skills, capable of independently analyzing welding process issues and proposing solutions.
具備良好的問題解決能力,能夠獨立分析焊接過程中出現(xiàn)的問題并提出解決方案;
6. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate effectively with different departments.
良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊合作精神,能夠與不同部門有效協(xié)作;
7. Be familiar with design software such as AutoCAD, other 3D software
熟練使用AutoCAD 或其他3D軟件
8. Good written English and oral communication
良好的英文書寫能力及口語交流能力
9. Bachelor's degree or above major in mechanical engineering
本科或以上學(xué)歷
10. Possessing welding engineer qualification certificates, such as IWE/EWE/IWT/EW/IWS, etc. ;
具有焊接工程師資格證書,如IWE/EWE/IWT/EW/IWS等。
