職位描述

崗位職責(zé):
?公司產(chǎn)品的銷售;
?按公司要求提供優(yōu)質(zhì)顧客服務(wù)(包括但不僅限于:接待顧客、解答顧客查詢、處理投訴及提供售后服務(wù)等)和維護(hù)店鋪整體形象;
?整理存貨(包括點(diǎn)收來(lái)貨、查點(diǎn)貨場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品數(shù)目、核實(shí)出貨數(shù)量及盤點(diǎn)等);
?保持店鋪及貨倉(cāng)整潔;
?協(xié)助更換櫥窗擺設(shè);
?服從店鋪領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的工作安排;

任職要求:
? 年齡18-35歲;
? 中專、中技、中職或高中學(xué)歷,并持有營(yíng)業(yè)員上崗證、健康證;
? 有零售店鋪經(jīng)驗(yàn),有國(guó)品牌時(shí)裝或皮具銷售工作背景者優(yōu)先;
? 愿意從事銷售工作,勤奮誠(chéng)實(shí),刻苦耐勞,對(duì)客熱忱有禮,具有良好的客戶服務(wù)意識(shí);
? 工作積極性高,不斷提高個(gè)人銷售技巧,具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí);
? 了解、認(rèn)同并實(shí)踐“優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)”理念;
? 能夠適應(yīng)零售行業(yè)工作環(huán)境及工作時(shí)間要求;
