KA大客戶企業(yè)客戶區(qū)域銷售面銷/陌拜網(wǎng)絡銷售MRO工業(yè)品
2. 根據(jù)公司要求主動拜訪目標客戶,探索新的商業(yè)機會,并執(zhí)行追加銷售活動以實現(xiàn)銷售目標;
Proactively visit target customers per company requirements to explore new business opportunities and perform upselling activities to achieve sales target;
3. 通過簽署戰(zhàn)略框架合同與目標客戶群建立長期合作關系,提供解決方案,通過實施相關和具有成本效益的增值服務來滿足客戶需求
Foster long term partnership with target customer group via sign-off of the strategic frame contract, Provide solutions to meet customer needs by the implementation of relevant and cost-effective value added services to
4. 提高客戶滿意度,創(chuàng)造新的銷售機會;

5. 根據(jù)銷售目標管理區(qū)域銷售收入的客戶賬戶,實現(xiàn)支持銷售結(jié)果的其他指定指標;
Responsibility for the management of customer accounts with Territory sales revenue as per Sales targets,achieve other specified metrics that support sales results;
6. 根據(jù)報價指南進行報價前審核,并向報價協(xié)調(diào)員提出報價申請,以支持報價,跟蹤轉(zhuǎn)換,與 CIM/CSP 策略的定價合作
Perform pre-quotation review refer to the quotation guidelines and raise requisition to quotation coordinator for the support of quotation, follow up on conversion, work with pricing on CIM/CSP strategy
7. 與各職能部門保持有效聯(lián)系,確保客戶滿意,例如與客戶服務部門合作,更好地為客戶服務,提高客戶滿意度
Liaise effectively across functions to ensure customers are delighted, e.g. work with customer services in serving customer better and raising customer satisfaction rate (NPS)
8. 支持財務加速應收賬款回款
Support Finance for acceleration AR collection
9. 遵守并執(zhí)行所有公司政策和要求,包括但不限于行為準則、員工手冊、e&s、ESG、CI等;
Comply with and implement all company policies and requirements including but not limited to Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook, EH&S, ESG, CI and etc.;
10. 完成公司下達的其他自上而下的任務,如參與產(chǎn)品培訓、營銷活動、CI 項目、e&s 等;
Complete any other top-down task from company, such as participating product training, marketing campaign,CI projects, EH&S, and etc.;
11. 經(jīng)理或公司安排的其他臨時任務。

1. 具有出色的書面和口頭溝通能力的有效談判者和影響者 Effective negotiator and influencer with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
2. 天生具有很強的人際交往能力,能夠在各個層面上形成并保持積極的關系
Naturally strong interpersonal skills forming and maintaining positive relationship at all levels
3. 具備出色的客戶體驗能力
Proven ability in delivering a great customer experience
4. 有大客戶管理/項目管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
Key account management/project management experiences preferred
5. 具有海外銷售工作經(jīng)驗,有工業(yè)/MRO/電商銷售經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
Proven experience of working in an outbound sales environment, sales experiences in Industry/MRO/ELEpreferred
6. 能夠在壓力下工作,目標驅(qū)動,有責任心和主動性,創(chuàng)新解決問題的能力,獨立。
