項目采購工程師

Responsibilities:

工作職責(zé)：

-Assistant project procurement manager to do supplier sourcing (sending out RFI), auditing (prepare audit report) and inform Project Procurement Manager on timely basis for the result of the audit and follow up status

協(xié)助項目采購經(jīng)理進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商開發(fā)(發(fā)出RFI)，審核(準(zhǔn)備審核報告)，并及時通知項目采購經(jīng)理審核結(jié)果并跟蹤進(jìn)度。

-Prepare the bidder list and send out inquiry under the guide of Project Procurement Manager

在項目采購經(jīng)理的指導(dǎo)下，編制投標(biāo)供應(yīng)商清單并發(fā)出詢價

-Obtain quotations and make commercial evaluation, Bid summary based on the project procedure.

根據(jù)項目流程獲得報價，進(jìn)行商務(wù)分析和商務(wù)評估，并完成投標(biāo)總結(jié)。

-Prepare PO or Contract and send to project procurement manager and project manager for approval

準(zhǔn)備采購訂單或合同，并發(fā)送給項目采購經(jīng)理和項目經(jīng)理審批

-Act as expeditor for follow-up of contract or PO after PO or contract being released

在訂單或合同發(fā)出之后，跟蹤交貨期并完成催交工作。

-Prepare payment request and arrange payment afterwards.

準(zhǔn)備付款申請，安排付款。

-Other work assigned by Project Procurement Manager.

項目采購經(jīng)理安排的其他工作。

Requirements:

職位要求：

-Bachelor's degree in Mechanics preferred, Engineer background is preferred

機(jī)械學(xué)士學(xué)位優(yōu)先，有工程背景優(yōu)先

-More than 5 years' experiences in procurement, minimum 2 years' experience in project procurement execution, experience in Engineering Company preferred (MNC is a plus).

5年以上采購經(jīng)驗，至少2年項目采購經(jīng)驗，有工程公司工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先(跨國公司經(jīng)驗更為優(yōu)先)

-Good Negotiation skill, Excellent coordination capability, Good PC skill, Good English both in oral and written, carefulness, patience, team work spirit.

良好的談判能力，良好的協(xié)調(diào)能力，良好的電腦操作能力，良好的英語口語和書面表達(dá)能力，細(xì)心，耐心，有團(tuán)隊合作精神。
