崗位職責(zé)
Full Life Cycle Recruitment:
Partnerwith business team/hiring managers in order to ensure effective and efficient recruitment service that meets the needs of the business.
Provide professional knowledge support and insight to recruitment solutions through high quality HR capabilities.
Work on the daily operations of the recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, interviews, selection process, background checks, offering and
on-boarding process with aim of hiring and retaining talents, and ensure all
the recruitment process are well aligned with global and local guideline/practice/process.
Report and Analysis:
Responsible for weekly recruitment tracking report
Monthly recruitment data analysis
Facilitate on yearly recruitment overview report
Conduct market salary benchmark survey from daily recruitment activities, vendors and other resources.
System and Operational work :
Proceed PO and payment procedure for monthly recruitment fees.
Support PXBP on new hire information collection and induction plan to ensure good onboarding experience.
Other Ad-hoc assigned.
任職要求:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in consumer goods/retail industry or with proven records in recruiting agency.
Qualified with job evaluation, job matching and interview skills, strong on talent
sourcing.
High energy, strong sense of urgency, self-motivated and results-oriented, in
particular, able to work independent and multi-tasking oriented.
Good learning skills, good adaptation in fast paced working environment.
Good communication skills and proven ability to deal with challenges.
Good oral and written English skill, and good computer skills (Word/Excel/PPT) .
