工作描述

1，制定項目目標(biāo),確保在項目目標(biāo)、進(jìn)度計劃、質(zhì)量目標(biāo)及保證措施等項目核心控制環(huán)節(jié)與公司需求部門達(dá)成共識 Setting the goals for each package to meet the requirement ofrelating department

2，負(fù)責(zé)管轄設(shè)備的招標(biāo)工作Participate in vendor selectionprocess

3，參與設(shè)備分包商在設(shè)計方面的工作Participate in design processof contractor

4，負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督分包商按照設(shè)計方案、設(shè)計圖紙進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)Supervise themanufacture process of contractor

5，參與設(shè)備的工廠測試，到貨，現(xiàn)場安裝和測試工作Participate in equipmentFAT/SAT, transportation and commissioning process.

6，組織協(xié)調(diào)施工過程中各方面、各部門之間的關(guān)系,解決問題 Solve the problem and deal with the conflicts

7，施工完成后,組織實施對設(shè)備進(jìn)行驗收organizethe acceptance for all equipment

任職要求:

1、機(jī)械/電氣/儀表類相關(guān)專業(yè)統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷; Bachelor degree or above in mechanical/electrical/instrumentengineering

2、4年以上工程管理經(jīng)驗,有大型工程項目管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先; 4 years working experience in mechanical/electrical/instrumentindustry

3、熟悉國內(nèi)外建筑行業(yè)的最新規(guī)范,能使用AutoCAD等軟件; Familiar with the rules and regulations formechanical/electrical/instrument

4、具備優(yōu)秀的分析能力、邏輯思維能力,較強(qiáng)的創(chuàng)新能力,勤奮踏實;Strong soft skills

5、具有團(tuán)隊協(xié)作意識; Good communication skills. Team work spirit

6、具有較強(qiáng)的甲方思維和管理能力,善于統(tǒng)籌和推動Goodmanagement skills. Problem solving skills
