崗位職責(zé)：
1.Collaborate with R&D team on NPI (concept to reality) focusing on production process optimization, quality specifications optimization, capacity design, efficiency design, EHS design and relevant documentation; 負(fù)責(zé)NP I階段（從概念到實現(xiàn)）與產(chǎn)品開發(fā)團隊合作，致力于優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)工藝設(shè)計、優(yōu)化質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、產(chǎn)能設(shè)計、效率設(shè)計、EHS設(shè)計及其文件化
2.Work with the design team on DFX (design for excellence), including design for cost, design for test, design for manufacturability, design for assembly, and etc.; 與開發(fā)團隊合作進行DFX(卓越設(shè)計)，包括成本設(shè)計、測試設(shè)計、可制造性設(shè)計、裝配設(shè)計等
3.Lead new process development, introduction management and its qualification; 主導(dǎo)新工藝開發(fā)、導(dǎo)入管理及其認(rèn)可
4.Design production line layout to integrate technical solutions, equipment, tooling and line facility; 設(shè)計生產(chǎn)線布局，整合技術(shù)方案、設(shè)備、工藝裝備、生產(chǎn)線設(shè)施及人員配置
5.Lead the readiness of equipment, tooling, and line facility; setup and qualify the production line; 主導(dǎo)設(shè)備、工藝裝備及生產(chǎn)線相關(guān)設(shè)施的準(zhǔn)備；設(shè)置并認(rèn)可生產(chǎn)線
6.Document to standardize production process by initiating and updating MIP, process SOP, machine operating WI, line layout drawings, line IE data and other relevant; 以文件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)工藝，制定更新設(shè)備檢查計劃、工序SOP、設(shè)備操作WI、生產(chǎn)線布局圖、生產(chǎn)線IE數(shù)據(jù)表及其他相關(guān)文件
7.Trouble shoot and continuously review and improve existing processes related to EHS, quality (FPY), productivity, delivery and cost; 處理現(xiàn)場問題并持續(xù)改善EHS、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量 (FPY)、生產(chǎn)效率、交貨及成本
崗位要求：
1.Bechalor or above degree holder on engineering major. 工程類專業(yè)本科以上
2.Over 5-year experience in manufacturing of soft goods and hard goods product. Familiar to manufacturing process technology on soft/hard goods combination 超過5年的軟硬產(chǎn)品制造經(jīng)驗, 熟悉軟硬產(chǎn)品復(fù)合制造工藝技術(shù)
3.Can speak Cantonese or English is preference. 會粵語及英語優(yōu)先
