電氣工程師電氣運(yùn)維物業(yè)運(yùn)維高低壓配電

崗位職責(zé):

1.熟悉并掌握項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所有動(dòng)力保障設(shè)施的現(xiàn)狀和每個(gè)機(jī)房的動(dòng)力需求;

2.根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)中心的動(dòng)力保障需求,制定各種動(dòng)力設(shè)施的操作、維護(hù)、應(yīng)急程序,作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書和各種計(jì)劃;

3安排下屬員工對(duì)設(shè)備的運(yùn)行進(jìn)行巡檢,確保設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行;

4.針對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)中心的特殊要求,制定所有動(dòng)力保障設(shè)施(電源供應(yīng)、空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、消防設(shè)施、應(yīng)急供電設(shè)施、樓宇自控系統(tǒng)、UPS系統(tǒng)等)的預(yù)防性保養(yǎng)和應(yīng)急維修計(jì)劃,確保數(shù)據(jù)中心的安全運(yùn)行;

5.負(fù)責(zé)管理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)專業(yè)維保單位的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù),督促其完成計(jì)劃中的動(dòng)力保障系統(tǒng)專業(yè)維保以及應(yīng)急維修和故障恢復(fù)等工作,確保現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作的安全高效;

6.協(xié)助運(yùn)行維護(hù)經(jīng)理管理數(shù)據(jù)中心員工團(tuán)隊(duì),撰寫數(shù)據(jù)中心的各種運(yùn)行、管理的書面報(bào)告,提出專業(yè)管理意見和建議;

7.負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)新員工進(jìn)行技術(shù)培訓(xùn)及輔導(dǎo);

8.負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)施管理維護(hù)工作中的環(huán)境健康安全(EHS)作業(yè)管理,認(rèn)真執(zhí)行安全規(guī)章制度,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作時(shí)正確使用個(gè)人保護(hù)設(shè)備(PPE)。

任職要求:

1.學(xué)歷要求:本科及以上學(xué)歷,供配電或電氣自動(dòng)化專業(yè);

2.所需技能和能力:

有管理高低壓電氣等設(shè)備的經(jīng)驗(yàn),業(yè)務(wù)熟練,具備獨(dú)立完成工作的能力;

3. 具有良好的工程技術(shù)監(jiān)管能力;

熟悉國(guó)家電氣規(guī)范;

1. 具有優(yōu)秀的人際溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力、計(jì)劃與執(zhí)行能力以及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;

2. 能承受較大的工作壓力;工作細(xì)致、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),具有高度的工作熱情、敬業(yè)精神和責(zé)任感;

3.外語及計(jì)算機(jī)要求:具有一定的英語基礎(chǔ)、能熟練運(yùn)用各類辦公軟件

4.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:5年以上大型物業(yè)供配電管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),擁有酒店、商業(yè)類項(xiàng)目工程建造和運(yùn)行管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;4年以上本專業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

5.技能證書:高壓電工證優(yōu)先。
