職責(zé)描述 Job Descriptions

1.承擔(dān)增壓器產(chǎn)品性能分析工作，借助CFD軟件對比方案優(yōu)劣。

Undertake the performance analysis of turbocharger products and compare the performance of the scheme with the help of CFD software.

2.針對增壓器性能不足問題，開展氣動性能優(yōu)化。

Aiming at the problem of insufficient performance of turbocharger, aerodynamic performance optimization is carried out;

3.開展壓氣機漏油、軸向力計算等CFD仿真工作。

Carry out CFD simulation of compressor oil leakage and axial force calculation.

4.建立并完善壓氣機及渦輪特性數(shù)據(jù)庫。

Establish and improve the compressor and turbine characteristic database.

5.完善增壓器CFD仿真流程規(guī)范。

Improve the CFD simulation process specification of turbocharger.

6.定期對技術(shù)中心工程師進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)及成果宣貫。

Regularly train and implement the achievements to technical center engineers.

7.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)。

Complete other tasks assigned by leader.

任職要求 Job requirements

1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，5年以上葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)機械類CFD仿真工作經(jīng)驗；

Full time bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years of CFD simulation experience in impeller rotating machinery.

2.動力工程及工程熱物理、流體機械及工程、機械工程學(xué)科相關(guān)專業(yè)、具有大膽開拓創(chuàng)新者優(yōu)先；

Major in Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics, Fluid Machinery and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, bold development and innovation is preferred.

3.精通Numeca、Fluent、CFX等CFD軟件1項以上；

Proficient in more than one kind of CFD software such as NUMECA, Fluent ,CFX.

4.掌握葉輪機械氣體動力學(xué)相關(guān)理論知識；

Master the theoretical knowledge of turbomachinery aerodynamics.

5.熟悉增壓器項目開發(fā)流程；

Familiar with the development process of turbocharger project.

6.工作積極主動，責(zé)任心強，具有良好的溝通表達(dá)能力和團隊協(xié)作精神；

Work proactively, have a strong sense of responsibility, have good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
