Job Description 崗位描述:
1.Responsible for developing sales to on trade channels, especially for developing new clients.
負責(zé)開發(fā)商業(yè)客戶渠道的銷售,尤其是開發(fā)新的客戶。
2.Take care of the existing customers and further develop more sales with hotels and Restaurants, to have a close follow up with IHG, Shangri‐la, Hilton and Starwood Hotels.
負責(zé)維護現(xiàn)有客戶并努力擴展葡萄酒銷售包括餐廳和酒店,積極跟進并維護與洲際酒店,香格里拉,希爾頓及喜達屋等酒店的合作。
3.Manage payment collection of all gained accounts efficiently.
有效地負責(zé)所有客戶的回款。
4.Assist and coordinate in winery visits and marketing promotions.
協(xié)助并安排相應(yīng)的酒莊訪問計劃及市場推廣活動。
5.Lead sales team to develop wine sales in accordance with our national development plan and the company procedures and policy.
根據(jù)公司全國發(fā)展計劃和公司政策帶領(lǐng)團隊拓展葡萄酒銷售。
6.Give necessary instructions to your team members to reach the sales target.
給團隊成員提供必要的指導(dǎo)以完成銷售目標。
7.A team player in between different department of the company.
與公司其他部門有團隊合作精神。
8.Straightly report to Vice President of Sale.
直接向銷售副總裁報告。
Job Requirements 任職要求:
1. above bachelor degree.
本科及其以上學(xué)歷。
2.At least three years working experience in the relevant fields.
至少有三年相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的工作經(jīng)驗。
3.Has a good customer database.
有良好的客戶基礎(chǔ)。
4.With an outgoing and pleasing personality, good team player;
性格外向、易相處,具有團隊精神。
5.Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
有活力和上進心,能夠承受一定的工作壓力。
6.Good English level is a must; good wine knowledge is a plus.
具有良好的英語聽說能力及葡萄酒專業(yè)知識。
