工藝開發(fā)
Key Responsibility:?
主要職責(zé)：?
1.Develop and test new process, new technical and raw material;?開發(fā)新技術(shù)、新工藝、新材料；?
2.According to drawing and requirements, develop process flow of parts manufacture;?根據(jù)產(chǎn)品圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)合理的加工工藝路線，選擇合適的加工方式，加工順序和工作內(nèi)容；?
3.New products preparation, including process development, tooling & fixture development, working instruction prepared, pilot run and solve all issues;?負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品投產(chǎn)前的所有準(zhǔn)備工作，包括工藝開發(fā)，刀具、工裝開發(fā)，工程文件準(zhǔn)備和試生產(chǎn)等，解決準(zhǔn)備階段的問(wèn)題；?
4.Solve technical and quality issue, continuous process improvement;?解決生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)、質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，不斷提高工藝水平；?
5.Implement lean manufacture tools to improve efficiency and reduce cost;?運(yùn)用精益生產(chǎn)工具，提高效率和降低成本；?
6.Technical support for supplier and customer;?給供應(yīng)商和客戶提供技術(shù)支持；?

Requirement:?崗位要求：?
1.College degree or above ,major in mechanics engineering;?機(jī)械工程專業(yè)，大學(xué)以上學(xué)歷；?
2.Smart and skillful;?頭腦聰明；?
3.Strong problem-solving skill;?善于思考問(wèn)題，解決問(wèn)題；?
4.Skill for 2D and 3D software;?熟練使用2D & 3D軟件，包括繪圖，修改，編程等；?
5.Fluent in English.;?英語(yǔ)熟練；?
6.Over five years experience in relative field, prefer machining of steel and casting;?相關(guān)工作五年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有金屬、鑄件等機(jī)加工經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳；?
7.Hard working ,energetic ,work under pressure;?積極主動(dòng),有吃苦耐勞的敬業(yè)精神；?
8. Outgoing personality, Good at organization and communication skill to implement project.?善于交際，性格外向, 有溝通和組織管理能力，協(xié)調(diào)各部門，內(nèi)外部來(lái) 保證項(xiàng)目的有效推進(jìn)。
