1. 編制產(chǎn)品的工藝文件，制定材料消耗定額，測定產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)。Work out the process document of the product, make the material consumption quota and determine the standard ***-hour of product production. 2. 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助研發(fā)工程師對(duì)新產(chǎn)品試產(chǎn)階段進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證生產(chǎn)可行性，解決小批量試產(chǎn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題。 Responsible for assisting r&d engineers to verify the feasibility of new products during trial production and solve problems found in small batch trial production. 3. 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)員工進(jìn)行工藝操作的培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)，確保員工能夠熟練掌握產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝和相關(guān)的工藝設(shè)備操作。Responsible for the training and guidance of process operation to ensure that the staff can master the production process and related process equipment operation. 4. 負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)產(chǎn)品規(guī)格、質(zhì)量要求、生產(chǎn)方式、生產(chǎn)流程，編制工藝文件。Responsible for the preparation of process documents according to product specifications, quality requirements, production methods and production processes. 5. 負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)生產(chǎn)方式和生產(chǎn)流程，核算原材料的實(shí)際使用量和BOM的差異。Responsible for accounting the actual usage of raw materials and BOM differences according to the production mode and process. 6. 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)對(duì)新產(chǎn)品試產(chǎn)的跟蹤，工裝夾具的設(shè)計(jì)，跟蹤新產(chǎn)品從試生產(chǎn)轉(zhuǎn)批量生產(chǎn)的整個(gè)過程。Responsible for new product trial production tracking, fixture design, tracking the new product from trial production to mass production of the whole process. 8. 對(duì)車間所有產(chǎn)品的制程數(shù)據(jù)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行ERP系統(tǒng)錄入、數(shù)據(jù)更改等。Make ERP system input and data change for all production process data and standard time data of the workshop. 9. 參與車間新項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)與實(shí)施，協(xié)助項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人完成項(xiàng)目。Participate in the construction and implementation of new projects in the workshop, assist the project leader to complete the project. 10. 按時(shí)完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及上級(jí)交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。Complete other tasks assigned by leaders and superiors on time.
