職位描述

QA汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系六大核心工具
崗位職責:
1、依據(jù)IATF16949標準要求，協(xié)助公司質(zhì)量管理體系的建立、日常運營維護及持續(xù)改善；
2、熟練APQP、FMEA、PPAP、MSA、SPC、CP六大核心工具的應(yīng)用；
3、客戶審核： 依據(jù)二方審核及其他審核需要，協(xié)助質(zhì)量管理模塊的應(yīng)審；
4、依據(jù)客戶要求，負責顧客特殊要求的質(zhì)量體系的日常運營維護及持續(xù)改善，并進行體系優(yōu)化與執(zhí)行監(jiān)控；
5、參照標準條款，業(yè)務(wù)風險點與業(yè)務(wù)要求等定期開展所負責體系模塊的優(yōu)化和執(zhí)行監(jiān)控；
6、助力業(yè)務(wù)對供應(yīng)商進行定期拜訪、溝通，提升業(yè)務(wù)量；
1、Assist in the establishment, daily operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company
s quality management system in accordance with the requirements of IATF16949 standard.
2、Be proficient in the application of six core tools, namely APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC and CP.
3、Customer Audits: Assist in the quality management module
s preparation for audits according to the requirements of second - party audits and other audits.
4、Be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, continuous improvement of the quality system for customer - specific requirements, as well as the optimization and execution monitoring of the system, in line with customer requirements.
5、Regularly carry out the optimization and execution monitoring of the responsible system module with reference to standard clauses, business risk points and business requirements.
6、Facilitate the business to conduct regular visits and communication with suppliers to increase business volume.
任職要求:
1、學歷要求：大學本科及以上學歷；
2、工作經(jīng)驗：有汽車配套行業(yè)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先，熟悉過程審核產(chǎn)品審核；
3、語言要求：英語6級以上，并且基本溝通無問題；
4、較強的人際溝通能力和協(xié)調(diào)能力；
1、Educational Background: A bachelor
s degree or above.
2、Work Experience: Priority will be given to those with experience in the automotive supporting industry, and familiarity with process audits and product audits.
3、Language Proficiency: CET - 6 or above.
4、Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
