崗位職責(zé):

Role purpose

1.Supporting the Framework function within Risk Management Framework and Enhancements (RMFE).
2.Scope includes (where applicable) writing, managing and maintaining related Technical User Guides (TUG); Risk Taxonomy and Control Library (RTCL) management; Entity Level Controls; whistleblowing investigation management; and the ERM chatbot (ORRA) management.
3.Management and addressing issues (including Audit), Events, Reporting, and RMFE priority delivery.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

1.Contribute to the overall Design of Framework to be Simple, Consistent, Practical and Sustainable.
2.Liaise with relevant stakeholders, across all four Strategic Businesses; Group Infrastructure; and bandings.
3.Maintain relevant documentation (e.g. procedures and templates) for internal Framework governance, and day to day operations (e.g. progress tracking).
4.Educate stakeholders on changes and impact of Framework related changes, e.g. design or deliver training.
5.Interaction with internal and external auditors where required.

1.Remain current on Risk Management Framework and ERM’s Future State Architecture / Value Stream.
2.Remain current on PRA, Basel, ORX regulatory and industry developments.
3.Relevant policy and framework design experience.
4.Relevant financial services qualification (e.g. Audit related qualifications).
5.Design mindset, analytical skills, process re-engineering, and review/audit experience.
