Mission/Purpose of the Job

Working in Shanghai Innovation Center (IC) and to provide solutions for customer specific requirements on Edwards’s products through CIP & R&D projects, chemical analysis, and ISO 17025 system operation.

Main Responsibilities

1. Lead DRE (Destructive removal efficiency) test on Customer onsite to evaluate the abatement perfomance.

2. Work and collaborate with other members from IC, App and TS teams on CIP & R&D projects and problem solution through request collection & clarification, design of experiment, preparation & execution, documentation summary and release with continuous communication internally and externally.

3. Take full responsibility for the completion of the assigned projects and support other IC projects. Generating BKM, paper and patent through the R&D activities is preferable. Communicating with R&D Team leader, Product Management and product specialists /local teams regarding new requirements and technical issues.

4. To provide engineering support for project specific products, eg DP, Abatement, STP, CTIP, customized facilities and equipments

5. Control assigned project quality through project design improvements, project quality improvement, cost reduction, enhanced functionality & reliability and provide support to target of assigned project.

1. 負(fù)責(zé)客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的尾氣處理設(shè)備的分解移除效率測(cè)試（DRE）項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃制定、測(cè)試和報(bào)告編寫。

2. 與創(chuàng)新中心成員，應(yīng)用和技術(shù)支持團(tuán)隊(duì)的成員一起工作和協(xié)作，通過(guò)需求收集和澄清，實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)，測(cè)試準(zhǔn)備和執(zhí)行，測(cè)試報(bào)告和發(fā)布，在內(nèi)部和外部持續(xù)溝通的情況下完成產(chǎn)品持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目和研發(fā)項(xiàng)目，為客戶提供解決方案。

3. 全面負(fù)責(zé)所分配項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)行，并支持其他創(chuàng)新中心的項(xiàng)目。最好能通過(guò)研發(fā)活動(dòng)產(chǎn)生BKM、論文和專利等知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。與研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理，產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理等，就新需求和技術(shù)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行溝通。

4. 為項(xiàng)目特定產(chǎn)品提供工程支持，如干泵、尾氣處理設(shè)備、分子泵、冷泵以及定制的設(shè)備。

5. 通過(guò)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)，提高項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量，降低成本，增強(qiáng)功能和可靠性來(lái)控制指定項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量，并為指定項(xiàng)目的目標(biāo)提供支持。

60% time (Including but not limited to) Time Ratio can be adjusted basing on the assignment

1. Responsible for technical part of CNAS ISO 17025 running ,including test report review of CNAS lab, personnel training, quality supervision and monitoring, capability verification and measurement review, method verification, and new project implementation.（30%）

2. Perform the chemical analysis of byproduct from internal customer by Thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier infrared spectrometer (FTIR) and water analysis tool to get the accurate test data of sample and release the report on LIMS. （20%）

3. Perform lab material and equipment purchasing things such as contract signoff, purchase request, purchase order, goods receive.（10%）

2. 操作熱重分析儀(TGA)，掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)，傅立葉紅外光譜儀(FTIR)，Ph/電導(dǎo)率儀，硬度測(cè)試儀等，編寫準(zhǔn)確的樣品測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)和報(bào)告，并在LIMS上進(jìn)行發(fā)布。（20%）

3. 執(zhí)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室材料和設(shè)備的采購(gòu)，如合同簽署，采購(gòu)請(qǐng)求，采購(gòu)訂單，貨物接收等。（10%）

10% time (Including but not limited to) Time Ratio can be adjusted basing on the assignment Support for HSE/ISO related work.

a. Prepare, run and maintain the lab facility and equipment to ensure all are ready for the fab system testing

b. Support IC on the compliance of ISO 9001/14001/45001 as needed through daily job or assigned task

c. Follow the SHE rule and close the findings of regualr safety walk

d. Others.
