About the Role:
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be selling our platform across a set named target accounts. You will sell directly into C-Suite and to director-level personas in the enterprise space, while also building and developing a successful Enterprise Sales team. This role is critical to the continued success of the company, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and inspire the team with new and compelling ideas.
A Day in The Life of Our Enterprise Account Manager:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for a robust portfolio of assigned Enterprise customers and own the interface (onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of the relationship and revenue).
2. As an owner of assigned accounts, you will emphasize identifying and communicating readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule.
3. Serve as the team's internal expert in a particular vertical.
4. Manage and update the pipeline of opportunities within the Salesforce.
What You’ll Need For This Position:
1. Bachelor's degree and above.
2. 8+ years of business development or qualified major account management history. Fluent in English is a plus.
3. Strong capability to quickly build short-term relationships and maintain long-term customer relationships by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and resiliency skills.
4. Technical knowledge of design software or related technology is preferred.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft and present professional presentations at all levels.
6. Experience in the technology industry and having the account resources is strongly preferred, experience selling software as a service product is also preferred.
7. Ability to manage execution of significant or complex contracts including initial intake, renegotiation of terms, and schedules.
8. Availability and willingness to travel as needed to customer sites and meetings.
9. Ambition to succeed in a sales career and have working experience in fast-growing companies will be given priority.
