職位描述

UGMoldflow

崗位職責(zé)：

A．Follow and track the tooling schedule to ensure on time and efficient delivery;負(fù)責(zé)模具進度的跟蹤，確保模具的準(zhǔn)時、有效交付

-Apply for trial runs;試模申請

-Prepare documents and material needed for the trial runs;試模所需相關(guān)材料的準(zhǔn)備

-Submit samples on time;試模樣品的及時交付

B． Make weekly report on tooling;模具相關(guān)周報告的完成

C． Follow and monitor overall tooling progress;模具整體加工進度表的跟蹤、維護

D． Others tasks assigned if needed.分配的其他工作事項

E. Analyse part 2D and 3D files from customer, provide part DFM report, and check in general if the part is feasible

分析客戶部件的 2D 和 3D 文件, 提供產(chǎn)品的 DFM 報告, 并總體檢查部件是否可行

F. Join trial runs, detect problems and support tool supplier and production in debugging all open issues before the project is transferred to mass production
參與試模, 發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提供給模具供應(yīng)商并在項目轉(zhuǎn)為大量生產(chǎn)以前調(diào)試所有的未解決問題.

G. Evaluate dimension reports and discuss how to solve NG dimensions with Quality Department and tool supplier.
評估尺寸報告并和質(zhì)量部, 模具供應(yīng)商討論如何解決 NG 尺寸

任職要求：

? Junior college or above DA]]大專及以上學(xué)歷

?3-5 years project management/tool design related working experience in automotive industry; 汽車行業(yè)3-5年的模具/工程相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；

?Good computer skills (UG、Office、Moldflow). 良好的電腦技能（UG、Office、Moldflow）

?Communication skills, including presentation, moderation and negotiation techniques. 溝通交流的技能，包括做報告、陳述、演示以及談判等等。

?Understanding the process of plastic mold processing了解塑膠模具的加工流程。

?Good English skill is preferred 英語良好者優(yōu)先
