Stey’s assistant community manager is the #2 of the property in charge, he/she works closely with Community Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the property. This role will not only have the responsibility to make sure things are in order on a day to day basis (operation) , but equally important, Assistant Community Manager is committed at fostering the vibrancy of the community (community building) , as well as promoting the project to potential customers （sales&marketing）.

Oversee smooth and personalized hospitality is provided to Steyers by community associates

Train junior team members, so that they can one day be as proficient at

their job as you are.

Build a close relationship with Steyers, this is achieved by knowing

what they like and don’t like, their pet peeves, so that they feel understood
and pampered.

Work with community manager to host different events, for the goal of

enriching Steyer’s social experience with us and their attachment to the
community.

與社區(qū)經(jīng)理合作舉辦各種社區(qū)活動(dòng)，目的是豐富長(zhǎng)租客戶與我們的社交體驗(yàn)，增強(qiáng)他們對(duì)社區(qū)的歸屬感。

Actively promoting the community to external parties whether it is an

individuals or a company, in order to attract new Steyers as either long term
tenants or hotel guests.

積極對(duì)外宣傳社區(qū)，無論是個(gè)人還是公司，以吸引新的長(zhǎng)期租戶或酒店客人為目的。

Contribute to the social media contents posted by Stey, such as providing materials for Wechat, Weibo and *********.

Actively observe and think during work, to help Stey improve.

在日常運(yùn)營(yíng)過程中能夠積極的思考，為更好的運(yùn)營(yíng)我們的社區(qū)提出想法和建議。

What are the requirements to get a job like this?

You have worked in hospitality industry with a customer-facing job for at least 3

years+.

您在酒店業(yè)從事前臺(tái)主管的工作至少 3 年以上。

Extraordinary interpersonal skill and great personality,

Ability to communicate in English with a lot of confidence , we value verbal communication skill much more than how proficient your grammar is.

Ability to communicate in Cantonese with a lot of confidence
