任務(wù)和責(zé)任Tasks and Responsibilities :
1.建立并跟蹤訂單評(píng)審程序,改進(jìn)自身工作質(zhì)量以支持產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量;Establish and follow the order evaluation procedure; improve the work quality of one self to contribute in product quality.
2.與客戶建立良好的關(guān)系,理解客戶需求,其現(xiàn)狀和未來(lái)發(fā)展;Establish good relationship with customers, understand the needs of the customers. Understand their current situation and long term development.
3.搜集分析客戶和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者在價(jià)格,質(zhì)量,成本方面的信息;Collect and analyze the relevant information about customers and competitors in price, quality, cost.
4.理解公司產(chǎn)品在價(jià)格,成本,品牌,質(zhì)量方面的強(qiáng)項(xiàng)和弱項(xiàng);Understand the strength and weakness of FD’s product in the market in price, cost, brand, quality;
5.確認(rèn)戰(zhàn)略客戶和普通客戶。Identify the strategic customers and the normal customers.
6.與客戶協(xié)商價(jià)格Negotiate the price with the customer.
7.分析銷售結(jié)果,跟蹤訂單,制訂月銷售報(bào)告,制定未來(lái)銷售方案;Analyze the sales result,follow order intake, prepare monthly report, and make sales proposal for the future.
8.按照客戶,項(xiàng)目,價(jià)格做好記錄;Take records by customer, item, price.
9.提供優(yōu)良的售后服務(wù),跟蹤產(chǎn)品使用情況,向公司質(zhì)量和運(yùn)營(yíng)人員反饋信息,跟蹤改進(jìn)情況;Provide good post-sales services to follow up the performance of the products, feedback information to quality and operation personnel, follow up the further improvements.
10.管理報(bào)價(jià),回復(fù)客戶請(qǐng)求;/Manage the offer and answer to REQ.
11.嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行環(huán)保健康安全規(guī)定,并說(shuō)服客戶遵守,從客戶處搜集產(chǎn)品安全信息,反饋給環(huán)保健康安全部門并跟蹤。Strictly follow the EHS procedures and also convince the visiting customer/potential customer to follow it. Collect product safety information from the customers and feedback to EHS and follow up.
資質(zhì)要求 Qualifications
1.本科學(xué)歷,機(jī)械,材料,金屬工藝或其他相關(guān)專業(yè)Bachelor or above, machinery/material/metal processing or other related majors
2.5年以上銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)More than 5 years’ sales experience
3.英語(yǔ)流利 Fluent English
