職位描述

處方藥特藥

Accountabilities:

1.To support line manager to achieve targets within the allocated budget:

--Achievement of sales target

--Achievement of market share target

--Control of marketing and promotional expenses within the allocated budget, leveraging resources to gain optimal ROI

2.To support line manager to implement marketing strategy and tactics optimally:

--Make product tactical plan and develop marketing activities /events.

--Execution of product marketing tactical plan/promotional materials and ensuring that these plans are implemented optimally and aligned with marketing strategy

--Integration and co-ordination of Marketing activities through effective sales force support and engagement efforts

--Accurate collection, analyses and monitoring of market intelligence including competitors’ information

3.To build up and maintain excellent collaboration with other functions:

--In consultation with Training function to ensure the input and involvement of sales force brand-related training as appropriate

--Collaboration with Medical team to provide quality and evidence-based promotional support to sales force that would nurture and support strong Brand positioning

4.Establish partnership and relationship with KOL to develop and strengthen brand endorsement.


Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:

University degree, Medical Science, Pharmacy or related major is preferred.


Skills:

Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, proficiency in use of standard soft ware applications, especially Power Point...


Experience:

1.Minimum 3 years' product management experience or regional product management in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

2.At least 2 years related oncology field working experience in pharmaceutical company is must.


Competency:

1.Excellent commercial insights and strong analytical skill

2.A proactive problem solver and team player with good organizational skills

3.Passionate for excellent work, self-motivated and customer orientated
