Purpose 目的
－ Ensure that the supplier meets or exceeds the buyer's expectations in terms of quality, delivery, and cost.
－ Obtain products or services that meet the quality and quantity requirements of the enterprise.
－Ensure that suppliers provide optimal service and timely delivery.
－Develop and maintain good supplier relationships.
－確保供應(yīng)商在質(zhì)量、交付和成本方面達到或超過買方的期望。
－獲得符合企業(yè)質(zhì)量和數(shù)量要求的產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)。
－確保供應(yīng)商提供最優(yōu)的服務(wù)和及時的送貨。
－發(fā)展和維持良好的供應(yīng)商關(guān)系。
For Press Quality Management, the detailed scope is shown below but not limited only as these:P/GQ 沖壓質(zhì)量管理，具體范圍包含但不限于如下：
－ press devices application and calibration at GQ Press Quality department, tools operation and regulations is correct. GQ 沖壓質(zhì)量部門的儀器使用和校準，工具的正確使用和操作規(guī)范
－ The Press parts are inspected according to the Konzern standard, familiar with the standards and operations, correctly identified defects and output
inspection reports. 對沖壓件件零件按照康采恩標準執(zhí)行奧迪特檢查，熟悉標準和操作，正確地識別出缺陷并輸出檢查報告。
－ Inform relevant person when issue was detected. 在發(fā)現(xiàn)問題時告知相關(guān)人員。
－ Record result in system if needed. 需要時在系統(tǒng)中記錄檢查結(jié)果。
－ Recheck the optimized body or parts. 復(fù)檢改善后的零件狀態(tài)。
－ Track the defect part and coordinate with relevant person to prevent defects parts delivery to the downstream. 跟蹤缺陷零件，必要時配合相關(guān)人員防止缺陷零件流通到下游。
－ Equipment maintenance and calibration. 設(shè)備維護和校準。
－ Support engineer to exchange with downstream, attend the relevant meeting,quality tracking and push press shop to modification the issues. 支持工程師與下游溝通，參加相關(guān)會議，質(zhì)量追蹤，并督促沖壓車間整改問題。
－ Backup as the Auditor, 作為奧迪特評審員的后備。
－ Other relevant to the press quality work 其他與沖壓質(zhì)量相關(guān)的工作
