三高測試路試測試駕駛性測試乘用車
按照光束公司的流程及目標(biāo)，組織及管理KNx與PLQ測試
KNx=基于顧客要求的測試，PLQ=產(chǎn)品長期測試

Major responsibilities description關(guān)鍵職責(zé)描述
1.Responsible for the operations of KNx & PLQ projects, including vehicle preparation, handover, testing, issues findings, verification, user interviews, pre-analysis, documentation, countermeasures follow-up and quality information flow to the vehicle project and series responsible process partners.
負(fù)責(zé)KNx&PLQ管理工作，包括車輛準(zhǔn)備、車輛交接、測試、問題收集、問題確認(rèn)、與駕駛員定期交流、組織問題確認(rèn)及分析、報告準(zhǔn)備、措施跟進、將問題向項目組及工廠傳遞
2. Support process partners to obtain vehicles, analyze, implement containments, data collections and other activities in problem solving.
在問題分析及解決過程中，協(xié)助問題分析人員取得車輛、問題分析、風(fēng)險評估、數(shù)據(jù)分析及其他活動
3. Able to prepare and present required information in all levels of organization.
對測試結(jié)果編輯測試報告，并向管理層匯報
4. Responsible for the accuracy of questionnaire, user guideline, user qualification, vehicle management (insurance, accident handling, data logger, etc.).
負(fù)責(zé)編輯問卷調(diào)查、用戶手冊、制定駕駛員資質(zhì)及車輛管理（包括但不限于保險、事故處理、車輛數(shù)據(jù)收集）
5. Collect user feedback, organize interview, problem review and verification, organize pre-analysis and registers problem into the Problem Management Process. Tracks progress and status of relevant DIR/ PQM.
收集測試反饋，組織面談、問題確認(rèn)。組織問題調(diào)查并將問題輸入問題解決系統(tǒng)。跟蹤問題解決措施實施情況及DIR/PQM狀態(tài)。

Qualifications 任職資格
1. College ?？?/div>
2. Vehicle Engineering or similar
車輛工程或類似專業(yè)
3. Strong knowledge of vehicle build processes, testing processes, problem management processes, quality methods and standards and other professional skills.
精通汽車制造工藝、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、問題解決、質(zhì)量工具等專業(yè)知識
4. Able to organize and coordinate business activities and is able to communicate professionally to all levels of organization, including Top Management.
有組織協(xié)調(diào)能力及與不同部門及高層匯報交流能力
5. Collaboration & Communication 溝通與協(xié)作：In-depth experience working in international field, having worked with different cultures
6. Planning & Implementation 策劃與執(zhí)行 ：Strong ability to implement in complex environment. Strong background and affinity to plan and execute tasks and projects.
7. Chinese driving license for minimum 3 years and good driving experience and competency.
