崗位職責(zé)Duties/Responsibilities
1、根據(jù)公司技術(shù)規(guī)劃要求，組織制定公司技術(shù)革新、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、工藝規(guī)范、技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)的中短期規(guī)劃，并付諸于實(shí)施。
Accord with the company technical planning requirements to organize and build the technological innovation, product development, technology specification and technical team building for short- and medium-term planning and take to implementation
2、負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)落實(shí)和相關(guān)協(xié)調(diào)工作，管理產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的流程。根據(jù)客戶要求，及時(shí)提供樣品的技術(shù)方案。
Take responsible for the development of new products and related coordinate work, manage product development process. According to customer requirements, provide technical solution proposal for sample submission timely.
3、根據(jù)公司的現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合市場(chǎng)和客戶需要，帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)不斷完善和革新公司現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品
Leading the team to constantly improve and innovate existing products according to the present situation of the company and integrated with the market and customer needs.
4、負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品、新工藝、新設(shè)備等項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)任務(wù)，為企業(yè)中長(zhǎng)期的發(fā)展提供技術(shù)支持
Responsible for new products, new technology, new equipment development tasks of the project for providing technical supports in medium and long-term.
5、定期收集行業(yè)前沿及相關(guān)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的產(chǎn)品信息，把握好產(chǎn)品研發(fā)和革新方向，確保公司產(chǎn)品在市場(chǎng)中處于前列
Regularly collecting industry and related a competitor’s product information, to grasp the good direction of product development and innovation, to ensure the company's products at the forefront in the market
6、負(fù)責(zé)技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的培養(yǎng)和激勵(lì)，推動(dòng)創(chuàng)新成果轉(zhuǎn)化
Take responsible for the technical team training and motivation; promote the transformation of innovative achievements.
7、負(fù)責(zé)技術(shù)工藝的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化推進(jìn)工作，持續(xù)提升產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量
Take responsible for the standardization of technology, improve production efficiency and product quality continually.
8、負(fù)責(zé)技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的流程完善和規(guī)范化改進(jìn)
Responsible for process and standardization improvement of the technical team
9、負(fù)責(zé)技術(shù)類資料的整理與管理工作。
Responsible for technical data collation and management
任職要求Education/Special Skill Requirements
1、機(jī)械專業(yè)本科以上，10年以上技術(shù)、管理等相應(yīng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical and 10 years of experience in technology, management and other relevant work，
2、熟練使用CAD、SOLIDWORKS等2D/3D繪圖軟件。
Proficient in CAD, SOLIDWORKS and other 2D/3D drawing software.
3、具有齒輪尤其是塑料齒輪設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有齒輪鏈及小型塑料齒輪箱設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Experience in design of gears, especially plastic gears, and design of gear chains and small plastic gearboxes.
4、精通塑料結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)注塑模具及成型工藝有一定了解。
Proficient in plastic structure design, have a certain understanding of injection mold and molding process.
5、具有汽車暖風(fēng)空調(diào)執(zhí)行器的設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
Experienced in car heater air conditioning actuator design related is preferred.
6、熟悉APQP及IATF16949標(biāo)準(zhǔn)尤佳
Familiar with APQP and IATF16949 standard is a plus
7、具有良好的英文閱讀和書寫能力，基本的英文聽說能力
Good English reading and writing skills, fluent in oral English
