崗位職責(zé)Duties/Responsibility
1.積極配合上級(jí)的工作安排，按照模具車(chē)間工作計(jì)劃開(kāi)展工作；
Actively cooperate with the work arrangement of the superior, and carry out the work according to the work plan of the mold workshop;
2. 保障注塑車(chē)間模具能正常生產(chǎn)，如模具發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時(shí)處理；
Ensure the normal production of the molds in the injection molding workshop, and timely deal with any abnormalities found in the molds;
3. 確保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)工藝及作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(shū)的貫徹執(zhí)行，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行工序內(nèi)檢驗(yàn)規(guī)程；
Ensure the implementation of the standard production process and operation instructions, and strictly implement the in-process inspection procedures;
4. 確保模具定期保養(yǎng)，生產(chǎn)前例行檢查，生產(chǎn)完后清潔保養(yǎng)；
Ensure regular mold maintenance, routine inspection before production, cleaning and maintenance after production;
5. 協(xié)助工程部模具設(shè)計(jì)人員對(duì)模具設(shè)計(jì)變更處理；
Assisted the mold designer of Engineering Department to deal with the change of mold design;
6. 配合工程部及質(zhì)量開(kāi)發(fā)部的要求積極改善產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)并執(zhí)行相關(guān)防范措施；
Cooperate with engineering Department and Quality Development Department to actively improve product quality and implement relevant preventive measures;
7. 協(xié)助工程部對(duì)新模具檢查及驗(yàn)收工作；
Assisted the engineering department in the inspection and acceptance of new molds;
8. 模具使用及保養(yǎng)維修記錄的更新及歸檔；
Update and document the mold use and maintenance records;
9. 車(chē)間機(jī)床點(diǎn)檢及維護(hù)，積極推動(dòng)“6S”工作；
Spot check and maintenance of machine tools in the workshop, actively promote the "6S" work;
任職要求Education/Special Skill Requirements
1、中專(zhuān)或以上學(xué)歷
Technical secondary school or above
2、5年以上注塑模具制作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
More than 5 years’ experience in injection mold production
3、有較強(qiáng)的模具結(jié)構(gòu)概念，熟悉模具加工工藝及制作流程，熟識(shí)模具圖紙，具備熟練的車(chē)、銑、鉗、磨配等技能
Strong concept of mold structure, familiar with mold processing technology and production process, familiar with mold drawings, skilled in turning, milling, pliers, grinding and other skills
4、較強(qiáng)責(zé)任心，成熟穩(wěn)重、善于溝通、服從工作安排。
Strong sense of responsibility, mature, good at communication and obey work arrangements.
