崗位職責(zé)Duties/Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement quality management strategy and plans to support organization's annual business plan and long-term strategy. 2. Establish, maintain, and improve ISO9001/IATF16949 quality management system. 3. Direct the strategy for the collection and analyzing of statistical data to establish the quality and reliability of the final product. 4. Formulate and maintain the quality goals to attain them while maximizing the reliability of the product and minimizing its’ cost. 5. Create and direct the suppliers' audit, assessment, rating & improvement activities, internal process as well. 6. Taking responsible for leading customer complaint and coordinate with relevant departments to find out root causes and solve the problem 7. To drive process sign-off system for new project launch according to newly developed procedure. 8. Responsible for internal audit /third-party/ customer’s quality system audit. Chase relative corrective and preventive action for ensuring quality processes are followed by all employees. 9. Monitor performance according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels. 10. Reports overall operation plan and its implementation to Seitz China GM / HQ corporate Quality Director. 11. To improve current CAR (Corrective Action Report) system – to initiate CARs to track all internal and external (supplier’s) quality defects. 12. Need to spend more time on driving continuous improvement activities with quality. 任職要求Education/Special Skill Requirements 1. Mechanical or Electrical bachelor. 2. At least 15 years working experience, including 5 years management experience 3. Be familiar with APQP. 4. Be familiar with ISO 9000/IATF16949 QMS; 5. Proven strong problem-solving ability with attention to root cause analysis. 6. Good communication skills in English, verbal and written.
