JOB SUMMARY
? Oversee the entire financial reporting process of the company, providing accurate and timely financial data, control data, and financial statements reflecting operations of the company as well as the financial position of the group.
? Establish and monitor internal control to ensure the safeguarding of the corporate assets of the company; provide proactive decision support to the Management; and offer suggestions for operational improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Be responsible for monthly closing/reconciliation and HQ financial reports; review the analysis reports of financial/business to assist operation decision.
? Be responsible for the internal process, establishment, execution and improvement.
? Manage accurate and timely financial reporting ensuring complete integrity of Financial Statements and Management Reporting.
? Lead and develop the team to perform financial activities proactively in support of the organizational goals and objectives.
? Interact with external auditors and agencies in regard to financial, legal and regulation aspects.
? Quarterly cash forecast review.
? Responsible for monthly PRC reports and consolidated reports.
? Payment review and approval.
? CIT annual settlement and filing.
? Be responsible for HNTE related tasks.
? Be responsible for handling fixed assets and depreciation accounting, prepaid expenses and review of import tax to keep sustainable flow of accounting.
? Lead annual audit.
? Take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by Finance Manager from time to time.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
? Bachelor or above degree with Finance or Accounting related background, CPA preferred.
? Minimum 8 years financial working experience, 2 years in a managerial role.
? Strong skills of internal procedure establishment and improvement.
? Rich experience in GAAP (Local, IFRS), Tax, financial analysis and project control.
? Excellent analytical, mathematical and creative problem-solving skill.
? Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and effective cross-functional communication and influencing abilities.
? Good at managing people – establish and communicate expectations, motivate individuals, and provide specific feedback.
? Excellent command of written and verbal English.
