Job Description
崗位職責(zé)：
1·Responsible for NDT inspectors training and qualification management.
負(fù)責(zé)NDT檢驗(yàn)人員的培訓(xùn)及資格認(rèn)證管理。
2.Responsible for ND specification identification, review and implementation.
負(fù)責(zé)NDT規(guī)范的識(shí)別、評(píng)審以及貫徹實(shí)施。
3. Responsible for development and review of procedure, work instruction and related process documents, make sure its compliance to applicable standards and customer specifications.
負(fù)責(zé)NDT 程序文件、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書及相關(guān)工藝文件編制和審核, 確保符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及客戶規(guī)范。
4. Responsible for NDT process Nadcap audit, customer audit and make sure the NDT process is conformable.
負(fù)責(zé)NDT過程N(yùn)adcap審核、客戶審核，確保NDT工藝符合性。
5. Responsible for establishing and maintaining NDT Quality Management System.
負(fù)責(zé)建立和維護(hù)NDT管理體系。
6. Responsible for NDT project management, including equipment, personnel
qualification, inspection procedures, reports conformity confirmation.
負(fù)責(zé)NDT項(xiàng)目的管理，包括設(shè)備、人員資格、檢驗(yàn)程序、報(bào)告等符合性確認(rèn)。
7. Responsible for NDT process Nadcap audit，customer audit and make sure the NDT
process is conformable.
負(fù)責(zé)NDT過程N(yùn)adcap審核、客戶審核，確保NDT工藝符合性。
8.Monitor and improving the workshop NDT process and responsible for NDT problem analysis, problem solving, working with QA to analysis the critical failure and provide guidance on corrective actions.
監(jiān)督和提高車間NDT檢驗(yàn)過程能力，負(fù)責(zé)無損檢測問題的分析和解決, 與QA一起分析關(guān)鍵失效并提供糾正措施的指導(dǎo)。
9.Continuous improving NDT processes to support capability set up and capacity increase.
持續(xù)改進(jìn)無損檢測工藝，以支持能力建設(shè)和產(chǎn)能增加。
10.Work closely with other departments, complete other tasks arranged by the superiors.
與公司其他部門密切配合，完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其它工作任務(wù)。
Qualifications
任職要求：
1.College degree or above, majoring in metal materials, mechanical engineering, NDT and welding are preferred.
大專及以上學(xué)歷，金屬材料、機(jī)械工程、無損檢測、焊接專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2.At least 5 years working experience related to NDT Engineer, especially for X-ray, FPI.
至少5年無損檢測工程師相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，特別是射線檢測、熒光檢測等。
3.Certifications according to NAS 410/ EN 4179, level 3 preferred RT, FPI.
取得NAS410 or EN4179認(rèn)證，具備射線檢測、熒光檢測三級(jí)認(rèn)證為佳。
4.A good understanding of ASTM E1742, ASTM E1417 specifications.
熟悉ASTM E1742,ASTM E1417 相關(guān)無損檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
5.Understanding of AS9100 QMS and experience with Nadcap audit.
熟悉AS9100質(zhì)量管理體系,有豐富的航空Nadcap審核經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
6.Good oral and written English, fast learning ability, good teamwork spirit.
優(yōu)秀的英語聽說讀寫能力,學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
7.Good communication and coordination skills.
良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力。
