Position: Project Manager, Peptide Team, Project Management Dept. I

Location: Zhenjiang

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for project management of Peptide Team, Project Management Dept.;

2. Track orders, communicate with customers, and perform troubleshooting in the later stage of a project;

3. Assist department managers and process supervisors with the department's technological innovation, management process optimization and training system improvement;

4. Understand the market demand of peptide-related services and services provided by competitors, and upgrade and optimize the existing service packages based on customer demand, production and market conditions;

5. Assist and cooperate with the business department in maintaining the existing customers and discovering potential customer needs.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or above in biochemistry or chemical synthesis;

2. Experimental skills in chemical synthesis, molecular biology or biochemistry;

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English (preferably with CET-6 certificate);

4. Strong organizational, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think clearly and prudently;

5. Proficient in Office software.
