制定和更新CP、檢驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)書、檢驗(yàn)表格；

Develop and update CP, inspection instruction and inspection form;

根據(jù)質(zhì)量工藝要求，對(duì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行無(wú)損檢測(cè)檢驗(yàn)，并完成相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析與報(bào)告；

According to the quality standard to do NDT presently and finish the collection of related data, and data analyse and report.

檢驗(yàn)各工序或產(chǎn)品，對(duì)不合格品及時(shí)采取措施，防止批量質(zhì)量問(wèn)題發(fā)生；

Inspect each process or product, take measures for unqualified products in time to prevent batch quality problems;

內(nèi)部異常問(wèn)題處理，并制定預(yù)防糾正措施；

Deal with internal abnormal problems and formulate preventive and corrective measures;

接收、儲(chǔ)存并通報(bào)客戶反饋信息，并進(jìn)行有效溝通處理；

Receive, store and report customer feedback information, and communicate effectively;

根據(jù)需要進(jìn)行理化檢測(cè)，并出具檢測(cè)報(bào)告；

Carry out physical and chemical tests as required and issue test reports;

完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。

Fulfil other duties allocated by supervisor efficiently.

要求：5年以上MT/UT無(wú)損檢測(cè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有ISO 9712 MT/UT二級(jí)證書。
