注塑設(shè)計(jì)注塑質(zhì)量管理注塑工藝英語熟練
崗位職責(zé):
工作內(nèi)容：
1.模具評估與分析：對新產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)模具進(jìn)行評估和分析。
Evaluate and analyze design molds for new products.
2.問題解決：針對注塑成型中的疑難問題，提出合理解決方案并實(shí)施。
Propose and implement effective solutions for challenging issues in injection molding.
3.試模與工藝優(yōu)化：負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品試模，確定最佳成型工藝參數(shù)。分析產(chǎn)品模具問題并提供解決方案。
Conduct trial molding for new products and determine optimal molding process parameters.Analyze and resolve mold-related issues.
4.生產(chǎn)問題分析：對生產(chǎn)中的不良產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行工藝和制程分析，提供改進(jìn)建議并跟蹤實(shí)施效果。
Analyze process and manufacturing issues for defective products, provide improvement suggestions, and track implementation results.
任職要求
1.教育背景：大專及以上學(xué)歷，高分子材料相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
College degree or above, preferably in Polymer Materials or related fields.
2.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：6年以上注塑相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
6+ years of experience in injection molding.
3.技能要求：熟練使用基本辦公軟件（如Office Word）。熟練操作AutoCAD、Pro/E等繪圖軟件。熟悉各種高分子材料和工程塑料的特性。
Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Office Word).Skilled in using CAD software such as AutoCAD and Pro/E.Familiar with various polymer materials and engineering plastics.
4.語言能力：良好的英語水平。
Good command of English.
