崗位職責(zé):
1. Provide service to New Zealand end-consumer's enquiries related to their orders purchased from Oakley。com.
為在Oakley。com的網(wǎng)站消費(fèi)的新西蘭終端客戶(hù)提供與訂單相關(guān)的咨詢(xún)服務(wù)。
任職要求:
1. Good English communication including written and speaking. 良好的英語(yǔ)書(shū)面和口語(yǔ)能力;
2. Strong communication skills & emotion management. 良好的溝通能力和情緒管理能力;
3. Positive, passionate, open mind, and keen to learn. 積極,熱情,開(kāi)放的胸懷和熱衷學(xué)習(xí)的能力;
4. Ability to multi-task and manage stress. 能夠執(zhí)行多任務(wù)和管理壓力;
5. Ability to adapt to different attendance shifts (5 am - 2 pm from Oct-Apr, and 6 am - 3 pm from May-Sep). 能夠適應(yīng)不同的考勤班次(10月-4月早上5點(diǎn)至下午2點(diǎn),5月-9月早上6點(diǎn)至下午3點(diǎn))。
