What this job involves,
? Facility management
1. Assist site manager to monitor the School soft service management, especially in security service and cleaning service
2. To follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
3. Assist site manager to ensure a safe and clean school environment
Vendor management
1. To assist site manager to bid/select the contractors .
2. Assist to evaluate the contractors’ service performance.
3. Customer Service / Client Relationships
4. Ensured Key Operations Procedures are followed to ensure service standards are maintained.
? Payment/ billing management
1. Assist to receive and verify the monthly statement.? Allocate the expenses and prepare reports to site manager.
2. To assist client/site manager to do accrual.
? Assist FM team to seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards
? To assist site manager to do report work, including monthly report and KPI review etc.

? Ability to solve problems
? Basic computer skills (office software – word, excel)
Preferred
? Bachelor degree with 2+ years of experience in FM, administration or related industries
? Good command of English and Chinese
? Outstanding analyzing capacity
? Good Service Spirit
? Strong leadership and execution
? Keen power of observation
